Do you have memberships?
Yes. Here at align Family Health, we encourage you to register for membership so that you can enjoy the full benefits of a member as described below. Our membership categories are easily divided depending on the age of the person.
What Memberships categories do you have?
We have 0-18 years, 19-44 years, 45-64 years, and 65 years and above
Do members have any benefits?
Chronic Cares, Treatment of Acute/urgent Care, Basic office ambulatory procedures, Treatment of minor injuries, Prevention & Annual Wellness, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, School and work Physical, Travel Exams, Covid Rapid Testing , Influenza A& B testing , Strep A testing , Pregnancy HCG testing , Urinalysis ,etc.…

What does the membership cover?
Members will have unlimited office visits by appointments
